Addiction is affecting your relationships with family, friends, or loved ones.
Your daily routines and responsibilities are becoming harder to manage.
Your work, school, physical health, or mental well-being is suffering.
You feel ashamed, disappointed, or unlike yourself because of your substance use.
You want to make different choices but need support, structure, and practical tools to move forward.
Reaching out now can make it easier to interrupt harmful patterns before they become more difficult to change. Therapy can give you the guidance and tools to move toward a healthier, more stable future.
