Credentials
I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years experience in the field of counselling, With 3 undergraduate degrees as well as a Masters of Social Work; I am eminently qualified to serve couples and individuals with a host of needs.
Not only have I worked with couples and families but I am also a recognized expert in the area of complex care. I have performed over 2000 assessments, and served hundreds of clients during the course of my career. I have testified in court on behalf of my clients and provided over one hundred medical-legal opinions.
In addition to Individuals, I have also had a focus on couples work and I'm intimately familiar with the pain of separation and divorce. I have spent the better part of three decades restoring fractured lives and families.
I have undergraduate degrees in Psychology (B.Sc.), in addition to Theology (Hon. BA), from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. I completed my undergraduate Social Work Degree (BSW) at York University and completed my Masters of Social Work (MSW) at The University of Toronto.

Experience
Over the span of 30 years I have worked in many milleus beginning with hospital in a variety of capacities. I have also worked in the community and spent several years going to individuals homes and providing direct care. I have extensive experience in addiction and a host of mental health issues incliuding but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, sexual abuse and family violence. There are a variety of modalities that are used by clinicians and I am an expert in Cognitive Beharioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and EMDR.
